what we do
The Registry is the Administrative Hub of the college that is responsible for a wide range of functions that are geared towards effective and efficient operation of the college activities. The registry is headed by the Registrar who coordinates all the administrative activities of the university and assist the provost in the day to day running of the university.
The Registry provides services to the statutory bodies and committees in the college which includes governing board, management, convocation, congregation, college community and the public in general. Hence, the main goal of the Registry is to render efficient and effective services to both internal and external stakeholders of the institution which requires proficiency on the part of the administrators.

The Personnel Unit is the core of Registry and basically concerned with Human Resource Management.
Below are the list of activities and procedures in exams and records division:
Processing and issuance of academic transcript.
Certificate issuance to graduates.
Verification of graduates records upon request from corporate bodies.
Certification letter.
English language proficiency Attestation letter.
Custodian of internal examination final results
The ICT unit as a department of the Edo State College of Nursing Sciences, our primary responsibility is to manage the students’ database, supervised internal cbt exams and admission cbt exams, carry out application processes for new applicants, manage the school network, carry out repairs on faulty computers, and take care of all ICT equipments which includes the projectors and sound systems.
The Office of Student Affairs is granted with both the responsibility to ensure the welfare of student and daily interactions.
DUTIES OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
The Unit is basically saddled with the responsibility of the following:
Validation of student records/documents
Screening of students upon admission
Campus life and activities
Student health and wellness
Student orientation upon admission
